After months of hard work, early morning workouts, and training with the BEST TRAINERS EVER, I’m happy to say that I placed second in novice and fourth overall in my first ever bodybuilding competition. I can’t thank my two amazing trainers enough for getting me to this point. And I owe my hubs an eternal debt of gratitude for putting up with my crazy workout schedule and constant meal prepping. Give the seated dumbell swing a try. It’s a great exercise to hit the medial deltoids with. If you have a shoulder injury or pain that doesn’t allow you to press overhead this is great alternative. ... See MoreSee Less
