We Are closed But You Can Still Train.
We are implementing virtual training so that you can train at home. You do need to be a current customer and if you don’t have equipment we can give you exercises that don’t require equipment. Please contact us through our Facebook page.
Hopefully we are back at our physical location sooner than later. Until then we hope everyone stays healthy.

This is what I tell parents who want their kids to get faster. Most of the time they need to get stronger to get faster. Then they can worry about running technique. Below is a good article that supports my belief.
